1. Agreement

Ricochet Rush is operated by Nwudu Inc. ("we", "us"). These terms are between you and Nwudu Inc. By playing Ricochet Rush at ricochetrush.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

2. Eligibility

Everyone is welcome to play. If you are under the age of majority where you live, play with permission from a parent or guardian. Purchases require you to be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and to pay from your own NHBCoin wallet. To receive ZNHB rewards you must also be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and allowed by the laws where you live to take part in reward programs and receive digital tokens.

3. Accounts

You can play as a guest; guest progress is stored on your device. To save progress online you sign in with NHBCoin. You are responsible for your NHBCoin account and its security. One account and one wallet per person.

4. Game coins and virtual items

Coins, weapons, upgrades, looks, boosts, Continues, mercenaries, banners and other game content are licensed to you for use in the game; you do not own them. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, sold or exchanged for money or tokens.

5. Purchases

Market purchases are paid in ZNHB or NHB through NHBCoin and are final once delivered. If a purchase cannot be delivered, its value is credited in the game or refunded.

From kingdom 15, battles are built to need Continues. Within one battle each Continue costs twice the one before (0.5, 1, 2, 4, 8, 16 and 32 NHB, or 20 times that in ZNHB), with a limit per battle; a friend's backup or the free Continue of the day can cover the first ones. A Continue only gets you back up in that battle; it never guarantees a win.

6. Kingdom rewards

Ricochet Rush runs an optional promotional reward program that we fund. The first time you conquer a kingdom (beat its palace) in a battle you started while signed in, we send a fixed 10 ZNHB to your NHBCoin wallet: once per kingdom, up to 200 ZNHB for the current 20 kingdoms. A reward is paid only after our server has checked the battle, and only to a wallet with a verified email; kingdoms 4 and up are paid once your wallet has been connected for 24 hours. In a squad, the reward for a battle goes to the player who started that battle. Payouts also follow NHBCoin's limits. The full rules are on the reward rules page.

No purchase is necessary. You never have to buy anything to play or to receive a reward. A reward is the same fixed amount whether or not you bought anything, and nothing you pay can buy, increase, speed up or guarantee a reward.

Rewards may be paused, changed or ended at any time, for everyone or in a particular country, and are never guaranteed. The program is void where it is prohibited or restricted by law.

7. A game of skill, not gambling

Ricochet Rush is a game of skill. Whether you win a battle depends on how you play (your aim, bank shots, movement and choices), not on chance. There is no betting, wagering, stake or prize pool: you never pay to enter a battle for a reward, and rewards are not paid from other players' money. Continues and other Market items are in-game items that help you keep playing; they have no cash value and are not bets.

8. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including any rules on games, rewards and digital tokens where you live, and for any taxes on rewards you receive.

9. Fair play

Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use modified clients, bots or automation, run more than one account or wallet, share or buy accounts, or interfere with other players or the service. We may withhold, cancel or reclaim rewards obtained this way, reset progress and suspend the accounts involved.

10. ZNHB and NHB

ZNHB and NHB are digital tokens on NHBCoin. Their value can go up or down, they may not be accepted everywhere, and we do not buy them back or promise any value. Transfers on NHBCoin are final. You are responsible for your NHBCoin wallet and its access. Nothing in Ricochet Rush is financial or investment advice.

11. Availability

We aim to keep Ricochet Rush available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features, difficulty and prices may change.

12. Disclaimers and liability

Ricochet Rush is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to play means you accept the updated terms.
